The speed limit in both east and westbound directions there is 60 mph.

Westbound traffic on I-44 tapers back to just two lanes west of Harvard.

ODOT says there are still no left turns from Harvard onto 51st Street, north and southbound Harvard traffic under I-44 is narrowed to one lane each and the westbound I-44 frontage road is down to one lane at Harvard.
