Jenks Man To Announce His Candidacy For U.S. Congress

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The former Executive Director of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, Jim Bridenstine, will announce his plan to run for Congress Thursday.

The Republican will go up against incumbent John Sullivan in Oklahoma's First District.

Bridenstine is a pilot in the U.S. Navy Reserve and flew combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. He currently flies counter drug missions worldwide.

He will make the announcement in front of the Impact Productions Building, 3939 South Harvard in Tulsa.
