TULSA, Oklahoma – A hole in a bridge on the Broken Arrow Expressway shut down two westbound lanes near 21st Street. The lanes opened late Friday night.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said crews repaired the 1 x 1 hole in the center lane of the bridge.
