Skeletal Remains Of Woman Found In Rural Osage County

PRUE, Oklahoma -- Osage County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating after skeletal remains were found on land in southern portion of the county.

The remains of a woman were found in the community of Lakeshore Heights near Prue on Thursday.

Deputies believe the woman may have been missing since February 2011.

The sheriff's office is treating the case as a homicide.
