EDMOND, Okla. – The Edmond Memorial Bulldogs clinched a spot in the state tournament Friday with a 48-37 victory over rival Edmond Santa Fe.
The Bulldogs took over early and gradually built on their lead for the rest of the night. The victory avenged Memorial’s loss to Santa Fe earlier this season, which is still the Bulldogs’ only loss.
While Memorial now is guaranteed a trip to the state tournament, Santa Fe still has a shot to get there as well. The Wolves will play Mustang Saturday, and the winner will advance.
