OKLAHOMA CITY – The Weatherford girls’ basketball team is on an impressive run in the last few seasons, and expectations are running high again this year.

The Lady Eagles finished the regular season undefeated last year and advanced deep into the state playoffs before falling to Harrah. They lost several key players, but the team stressed at Oklahoma Sports and Coaches Aid Media Day that they have a rare combo of talent and experience entering this season.
