Muldrow Bulldogs Top Fort Gibson on the Road

The Bulldogs kept their playoff hopes alive with the road win.

FORT GIBSON, Oklahoma -- The Muldrow Bulldogs won their second straight game Friday with a 30-28 win over Ft. Gibson Tigers giving the Bulldogs the tie-breaker for the playoff race.

After a season-opening win over Roland, the Bulldogs (3-5, 2-3) dropped five consecutive games, but are still in the playoff hunt. They will try to extend the streak to three games Oct. 28 with a win over Stilwell.

Fort Gibson (3-5, 2-3) won their first two district games, but three consecutive games to fall to fourth in the district. The Tigers will try to snap their losing streak next week at home against Poteau.
