Ponca City and Carl Albert cruised in their opening round games at the Choctaw tourney.

CHOCTAW, Oklahoma -- Ponca City scored 6 runs in the first inning as the Wildcats run-ruled Choctaw 13-3 in five innings. Eric Ailey went 2-for-2 including the two-run game-ending homer that made it 13-3.

Carl Albert 21 OKC Broncos 11

Carl Albert defeated the OKC Broncos 21-11. The Titans scored six runs in the fifth inning to take the 12-3 lead. Carl Albert would score six more runs in the seventh.

The OKC Broncos were up 10-6 after scoring five runs in the second inning but could not hold on to their lead.

J.T. Realmuto went 4-for-5 with a double and three home runs to go along with eight RBIs.
