Midwest City Knocks Off Southmoore

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- Midwest City cruised past the Southmoore Sabercats 67-31 led by Junior Trez Colbert. The guard started on fire against the Sabercats, helping the Bombers jump out to a 21-9 advantage after one quarter of play.

Colbert scored 13 of his 19 points in the first quarter at Midwest City’s Sutton Field House.

Midwest City led by 19 points at halftime and pushed their lead to 25 points entering the fourth quarter.

Austin Haywood paced the Sabercats with 12 points.

Midwest City and Southmoore now move on to area play next week.
