Peach Ice Cream

Blend together:

1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 large box of instant vanilla pudding


6 eggs

1 can Eagle brand milk

1 quart of half & half OR 1 pint heavy whipping cream

Vanilla to taste

Fill the remaining space of the ice cream container with whole or 2% milk.

Peaches: If you want them soft, add them on top of the finished ice cream. If you want them a little more firm, add the peaches when you add milk.

Put rock salt and ice around container and let mix until frozen (approximately 30 minutes).
