Haskell Man Accused Of Shooting, Killing Brother

HASKELL, Oklahoma -- The Muskogee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal shooting in Haskell.

Sheriff Charles Pearson says two brothers, Brandon and Brady Oliver, got into an argument and Brandon shot and killed Brady.

The Violent Crimes Task force captured Brandon in Sand Springs hours later. He is currently being held in the Muskogee County Jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.
