TULSA, Oklahoma -- We've been 10-digit dialing for almost four months now, but some Oklahomans are still confused.

The most common mistake is people calling 911 by accident then just hanging up.

Dispatchers have to call back to find out if there's an emergency, and if no one answers, officers are sent out to check for a problem.

If you do call 911 by accident, complete the call and tell the dispatcher you miss-dialed.
