Just like Saturday's game, Sunday featured plenty of action from the bats in Tulsa's game at Frisco.
This time, however, not much of it came from the Drillers.
After dropping a high-scoring affair on Saturday, Tulsa lost a 9-3 decision to the Frisco RoughRiders on Sunday.
Despite the major scoring difference, both teams had the same amount of hits (eight).
Tulsa simply couldn't convert on its hits, and added in two costly errors in its second-straight loss.
The Drillers actually got on the board first, with Darin Holcomb providing a solo homer, but Frisco's Tommy Mendoca responded with a solo shot of his own in the bottom of the second to tie the game at one.
From there, it was mostly RoughRiders as they put up two runs in the third and three runs each in the sixth and eighth.
Tulsa's other runs came on a homer from Thomas Field and an RBI single from Warren Schaeffer.
Daniel Turpin picked up the loss on the mound for the Drillers, while Robert Erlin got the win.
The two teams will continue on Monday in Frisco at 4 p.m.
