Orie Lemon isnt the only Cowboy who will heavily relied upon despite suffering a season-ending injury last season.  Senior cornerback Andrew McGee is also back to 100 percent. McGee played in OSUs first 11 games last season, but suffered two fractured vertebrae during a tackle on OU receiver Ryan Broyles in the Bedlam game. Following Tuesdays practice, head coach Mike Gundy singled out McGee by saying, "hes got a big heart, handles himself very well and is tough mentally." The Cowboys need McGee to be all of those things as he is the only senior in the secondary and one of only three OSU cornerbacks who have played in a Division One football game.  McGee is an easy guy to root for.  Hes also a candidate for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Award which honors college players for good works in their communities.
