Deion Sanders is on the Phone

Just wondering what Mike Gundy’s response would be if Deion Sanders called to invite Hubert Anyiam over to the house for dinner and hoops.

 Look, there’s culpability on all sides, but it seems to me that Deion suffers the least.  If he’s going to mentor these kids, and I think that’s probably a good thing, he needs to make sure to explain to them that it’s an innocent situation that’s allowable under NCAA rule.  I doubt that he will have to from here on out.  It’s unfortunate that Dez Bryant had to be one to find out the hard way.

Looking forward to my trip to Shattuck Friday.  The Indians will break the national 8-man high school football winning streak of 90 games if they can get past Goodwell.  Not since Pond Creek Hunter’s 39 to 7 win in 2002 has Shattuck tasted defeat.  They’ve had 27 shutouts over the span of those 90 games.  That’s nearly a third of their games!
