Jamal Mosley would have started at tight end for OSU against Georgia on Saturday. Anyone following in Brandon Pettigrew's footsteps would pale in comparison, but Mosley had shown Cowboy coaches enough for them to believe he had a chance to be special. Now the workload falls more in Wilson Youman's lap. He's been a better blocker, but hasn't shown consistency in making catches. Cooper Bassett and Justin Horton should also see playing time at the position. Horton is the most intriguing player at the position. He's built more like a big receiver, and he could create some matchup problems for opponents. Still, blocking is the most important thing for an OSU tight end to do at the moment, and at the moment, the job is Youman's.May 26th, 2011
