OKLAHOMA CITY -- Former OU linebacker Roy Williams is probably a hero to a lot of people.

But he is out to prove that there is a different type of hero - people who don't get the recognition they deserve.

Williams is an incredibly active participant in Pros for Vets, an organization that uses various professionals - including NFL players - to bring light to issues that veterans are facing.

He sat down with Oklahoma Sports's Toby Rowland to share his heart and extensive experiences with the program.
