Oral Roberts Notches 37-Point Win over Centenary
The Golden Eagles created a huge, 40-point margin which proved to be too much for the Ladies to overcome.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Their deep bench played a vital role in the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles’ 92-55 win over the Centenary Ladies Saturday, as nine players from the roster scored during the game.
Kevi Luper led all scorers with 24 points and six steals, while Jaci Bigham contributed 22 points and six assists, including shooting 6-of-9 from behind the 3-point line.
The Ladies remain winless this season, going 0-16 this year and 0-9 in conference play. ORU improved to 13-7 overall and 9-0 in conference play.
The Golden Eagles jumped out to a commanding 12-2 lead early, but the Ladies battled back. Oral Roberts went on a 13-4 run, putting Centenary behind by 18 by halftime.
The second half was just nails in the coffin.
ORU’s biggest lead of the game came after half when they pulled ahead by 40 points with over seven minutes left in on the clock. Despite a double-digit game by Centenary’s Anne Farrell with 16 points and seven rebounds, the Ladies couldn’t recover from the deficit.
The Golden Eagles’ Jordan Pyle recorded her seventh double-double of the season and 16th of her career when she finished the game with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Amber Carver ended the game with eight rebounds and four blocks.
The Golden Eagles next travel to IPFW Jan. 29.
