How to Vote Kevin Durant on NBA All-Star Team
Oklahoma City Thunder fans can increase Kevin Durant’s vote tally and vote him in as a starter.

NEW YORK -- Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant leads all forwards in the Western Conference in 2011 NBA All-Star Balloting with 1,270,729 votes.
The Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant, a three-time All-Star MVP, leads the pack over all and all guards in the Western Conference with 1,757,216 votes. Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic and LeBron James of the Miami Heat both lead the Eastern Conference with 1,537,619 and 1,518,807, respectively.
The top two vote-getters at guard and forward as well as the center receiving the most votes earn a spot in the starting lineup in the All-Star game for their respective conference.
Starters of the 2011 NBA All-Star Game will be announced on TNT on Jan. 27. Now through Jan. 23, fans can vote daily for their NBA All-Stars.

Durant leads the league in scoring by averaging 28.3 points per game and is currently in his third year in the NBA. He’ll face Howard, who’s currently in second place in overall voting, Jan. 13 in the Oklahoma City Arena.

Durant will then face the balloting leader as Oklahoma City travels to Los Angeles to face Kobe Bryant and the Lakers on Jan. 17.
