TULSA, Oklahoma – The Tulsa 66ers got off to a bit of a slow start this year. But the team has really heated up in the last 2 weeks.
The 66ers came in to Wednesday night’s game with Ft. Wayne riding a 3-game winning streak. And the team made sure that streak continued in a big way.
Tulsa pulled away from Ft. Wayne early in the game and never looked back. The 66ers were up by 27 at the half and when it was all said and done, they ended up beating the Mad Ants 115-86.
Jerome Dyson led the 66ers with 26 points, Elijah Millsap chipped in 20 points, and Latavious Williams and Cole Aldrich each had a double-double.
Tulsa is now 12-6 on the year and they’re alone in first place in the Western Conference. The team will be back on the court on Friday night when they host Ft. Wayne once again.
