TORONTO—Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant will not play for the second straight game due to a sprained left knee.
According to the teams website, Durant listed as day-to-day and not in the starting lineup for tonight’s game against the Toronto Raptors.
Durant did not play in the Thunder’s last game against New Jersey because of the same injury that was sustained during the fourth quarter of OKC’s last home game against New Orleans.
Oklahoma City will once again look to the solid play of Russell Westbrook who has stepped up his game in Durant’s absence.
Wednesday’s game against New Jersey say Westbrook total 38 points, 15 rebounds and nine assists in OKC’s triple overtime win 123-120.
He led the team in points, rebounds, assists, steals and free throws made during the battle against the Nets.
The Thunder tipoff against Toronto tonight at 6 p.m. CT from inside the Air Canada Center.
