Oklahoma City Thunder Assigns Cole Aldrich to Tulsa 66ers

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City Thunder general manager Sam Presti announced Wednesday that rookie center Cole Aldrich has been assigned to the Tulsa 66ers, the Thunder’s NBA-Developmental League affiliate.

Aldrich is averaging just one point and 2.2 rebounds in his 9.6 minutes per game this season. He has appeared in just five of Oklahoma City’s 14 games this year.

The 22-year old rookie was acquired via a draft-day trade with the New Orleans Hornets.
