Four Oklahoma College Players Named NFCA All-Americans

Three Sooners and one Golden Hurricane were tabbed as some of the best players in the nation.

The University of Oklahoma placed three players on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American team. The University of Tulsa had a representative on the team as well. Sooners' Keilani Ricketts, Amber Flores, and Jessica Shults were named to the NFCA All-American Team. TU's Lauren Lindsay was tabbed as a Third-Team All-American.

Ricketts posted a 1.24 earned run average and threw 29 complete games, including 14 shutouts. Shults led the Sooners in batting average as a freshman, hitting .364 with 62 RBI's. Flores led the Sooners in slugging percentage (.712) and on-base percentage (.541).

Lindsay was named Conference USA player of the year. She led the Golden Hurricane in batting average (.377), home runs (18), runs scored (42), slugging (.812), and on-base percentage (550).
