STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma State’s James Anderson was named to the AP All-America Second Team Monday.

The junior guard led the Cowboys to a 22-11 record and an NCAA Tournament appearance. He averaged 22.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. The native of Junction City, Arkansas ranks second in OSU’s history for points scored in a season with 735. He totaled 1,811 career points at Oklahoma State, fourth-most in school history.

Anderson announced earlier this month his intentions of entering the NBA Draft, which takes place June 24 in New York City.
