Tulsa Shock to Hold Open Tryout

Coach Nolan Richardson will evaluate potential players for the Shock's roster.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Tulsa Shock will hold open tryouts at Oral Roberts University Wednesday April 21 at 9 a.m.

Any woman 18 years old or older who has exhausted her NCAA eligibility can register for and participate in training and drill sessions held by Shock head coach Nolan Richardson.

“We want to give every opportunity to those women looking to lace up the sneakers to see if they can help the Tulsa Shock in 2010,” Richardson said in a press release.

Registration costs $120 and includes two lower-level tickets to Tulsa’s home opener May 15 against the Minnesota Lynx.
