ORU's Michael Craion Named Summit League's Newcomer of the Year

SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota -- Oral Roberts' Michael Craion earned the Summit League's Newcomer of the Year award and was named as a second team all-league selection, while Dominique Morrison was named to the All-Summit First Team.

Craion earned the Newcomer of the Year award after transferring to Oral Roberts from Independence Community College. He ranked fourth in the Summit League with 7.2 rebounds per league contest and second on the team with 14.5 points per league game. Craion tied for sixth in the league with a 54.5 shooting percentage in league games.

Morrison averaged 15.1 points per league game and was named to the first team.

Kevin Ford (12.3 ppg, 7.6 ppg) was named to the Honorable Mention team while Warren Niles (13.9 ppg) was placed on the All-Newcomer Team along with Craion.
