NORMAN, Oklahoma -- At the advice of Dr. James Andrews, former Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford will forgo all physical activity at the NFL Combine - which begins Wednesday - and hold his own pro day workout, according to MovetheSticks.com.
In an email sent to all 32 NFL teams, Bradford’s representatives said he will still participate in medical examinations, interview process and wonderlic testing.
The former Heisman Trophy winner will hold his own pro day workout at the University of Oklahoma on March 25.
A letter from Dr. Andrews accompanied the email stating Bradford was ahead of schedule and has been progressing in his workouts weekly.
