Collinsville Teen Critically Injured In Hit-And-Run

COLLINSVILLE, Oklahoma -- A Collinsville teen is in critical condition after a hit-and-run late Thursday night.

It happened just before 11:30 p.m. on 113th E Avenue in Tulsa County.

Oklahoma State Troopers say 18-year-old Guadalupe Vargas was hit by a northbound vehicle as he was walking.

The driver then took off leaving the teen with critical head and internal injuries.

The accident report did not have a vehicle description.
