EUFAULA, Oklahoma -- A Green Country woman has had such an overwhelming response to her request for supplies to help victims in the tornado disaster area that now she must again ask for help.

Gloria Forbes, who was featured in a story on News On 6 Saturday, said she now has so many supplies on hand that she needs assistance getting them all to the rural Alabama town where a family member lives.

Forbes, a Eufaula resident, started a drive for the residents of Haleyville, Alabama. The area has no electricity or water, and residents are lacking basic necessities like food, formula for babies and more.

Thanks to the response from her Oklahoma neighbors, Forbes is now looking for a semi truck to help bring the supplies to where they are so desperately needed.

She said she will not need money for gas, and her husband has a commercial trucking license.
