TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 45-year-old Tulsa man was arrested Wednesday morning on a charge of possession of child pornography.

Tulsa Police arrested Frank Cozzone at his home.

Cozzone was charged April 6, 2011 after an investigation revealed a flash drive in his possession was found to have "photos of underage females in sexually explicit poses."

Detectives say a young girl being babysat by Cozzone's mother got hold of the flash drive and the girl's mother called police after viewing the pictures on it.

An investigation determined Cozzone had viewed the photos at a Rudisill Library computer on February 28, 2011.

Cozzone told police that a man gave him the drive while they played online poker at the library. He told police he thought the images were of adults.

Police say surveillance video at the library on North Hartford shows Cozzone at a library computer viewing what appears to be pornography from the flash drive.

Cozzone is in the Tulsa County jail. His next court date is April 20, 2011.
