Ingredients:

6 fluid oz san marzano crushed tomatoes

5oz whole milk mozzarella sliced

Extra virgin olive oil

Fresh basil

Rock salt

Directions: 

Spread your sauce on your pushed out dough

Break apart your mozz ball evenly on the dough

Add olive oil to the crust as you see fit

Break off fresh basil across the pizza

Bake on your pizza ovens highest temp setting, Preferably 600 until golden brown with a char

Pinch rock salt on the top after the bake,
