OKFUSKEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- No students aboard a Mason Public School bus were injured when another vehicle struck it while it was stopped to pick up students.

The crash occurred just before 8 a.m. Wednesday on a county road just east of state Highway 48 in Okfuskee County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver of the other vehicle, 26-year-old Amber Parrick of Depew, was injured in the wreck and taken by private vehicle to a Bristow hospital.

Troopers say her injures were minor.  None of the 27 passengers or the bus driver was injured.

Patrick was cited by troopers for following too closely.
