Trial Underway For Woman Charged In Death Of Infant Stepson

WAGONER COUNTY -- A woman is now on trial for murdering a toddler in Wagoner County. Shiloh Brafford was charged with the death of Davis Brafford, her 14-month-old stepson, in 2008.

Police say she told several stories about how he got injured while she was watching him.

Davis' father and her husband at the time testified Tuesday, along with emergency workers. Child abuse experts take the stand Wednesday.

After Davis' death, her husband filed for divorce, then learned she was pregnant. He got a court order to get custody the moment the baby was born and has been raising that son, who is now 16 months old.
