Delaware County Man Arrested On Meth Charge

DELAWARE COUNTY – A Delaware County man accused of attempting to make methamphetamine was arrested Monday, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies arrested Christopher Weeley, 31, at his home near Jay Monday afternoon.

Weeley was booked into the Delaware County Jail on one charge of endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine.

He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday, February 22, 2011.

Deputies said more arrests are likely.
