TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa man was arrested after he led Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies on a low-speed chase through north Tulsa early Monday morning.

A deputy told News On 6 it began when he tried to make a traffic stop for a speeding violation near 66th and Peoria at about 1:30 a.m.

When the deputy turned on his lights, the driver just kept going.

Deputies say the average speed was 20 mph and at one point, the driver came to a complete stop at a traffic light, but then started again when the light turned green.

The chase ended in the driveway of the driver's parents' home in the 2400 block of East 54th Place North.

Deputies arrested the man and took him to the Tulsa County jail.
