TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police say a man arrested on Wednesday is now being held without bond in connection with the August 2010 death of Eric Spotwood.
An arrest and booking report from the Tulsa County jail says Darrell Seals, 20, is being held on complaints of first degree murder and robbery with a firearm stemming from the August 2, 2010 shooting at a car wash in the 4400 block of North Cincinnati.
He was arrested Wednesday on unrelated charges.

Police say after Spotwood was shot he ran to a home in the 4400 block of North Detroit where he died.
The report says a witness at the car wash identified Seals as the man who shot Spotwood. That report also says Seals stole Spotwood's vehicle, which was found abandoned the next day.
