TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa elementary school was placed on lockdown Monday morning after school officials say they heard gunshots near the facility in 5300 block of South 65th West Avenue.

Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the school shortly after 8:15 a.m.

The view from SkyNews 6 shows deputies walking around the school building, but finding nothing.

TCSO Sergeant Shannon Clark says a school counselor saw a flock of geese fly over about the time the shots were heard.  He says they are not sure if it was someone firing at the geese.

The school lifted the lockdown once Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies finished their investigation.
