TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police bust a meth lab early Tuesday morning at a south Tulsa apartment complex.
Tulsa firefighters got a call around 3 a.m. about smoke coming from an apartment near 61st and Peoria.
When firefighters arrived they found smoke coming from one apartment in the complex.
Once inside, firefighters discovered the active meth lab and backed out. That apartment and several nearby apartments were evacuated.
Tulsa Police officers took 36-year-old Bobby Swinney who lived in the apartment into custody.
No one was hurt.
He was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaint of manufacture of a controlled and dangerous substance.
