Serves two

Ingredients:

1 apple or peach, one banana or your favorite fruit
1 tablespoon honey
cinnamon

Slice one apple or peach and one small banana or your favorite fruits into quarters.

Thread four pieces fruit each onto skewers, and brush with one tablespoon honey each.

Grill each side for about 4 minutes or until flesh is tender but still firm.

Sprinkle on cinnamon.

Calorie reducing tip: substitute half of the oil in a baked recipe with an equal amount of applesauce. You can reduce the calories and keep the flavor and tenderness.
