TULSA, Oklahoma -- A reminder from EMSA Thursday morning, once conditions get slick and you see any vehicles stranded or in the ditch, look for blue tape tied to the vehicle.
Once emergency responders check a vehicle, they'll put a strip of blue tape as a marker.
So if you see that, you shouldn't worry about trying to get help, because that vehicle has already been checked on.
The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management is advising anyone who gets stranded to turn on their hazard lights and try and tie a brightly colored piece of fabric to their antenna.
That'll help emergency responders spot your vehicle in the snow.
