Two Tulsa Men Stabbed When Argument Turns To Armed Robbery

TULSA, Oklahoma -- An argument between two men escalated to an armed robbery overnight Saturday at the Pioneer Plaza Apartments in downtown Tulsa.

Tulsa police say that shortly after 3 a.m., one of the men pulled a knife on the other and demanded money. The men fought, and both ended up with knife wounds.

The victim, who police say lives at the complex located in the 900 block of North Elgin, was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect, who does not live at the complex but is a frequent visitor, was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say he will be booked on complaints of armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
