ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -- An emergency shelter for children in Rogers County will stay open a little longer.
Rogers County Youth Services has received $20,000 in donations to keep the shelter open through March. It was set to close because of budget cuts.
The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation donated $10,000 and officials were able to raise another $10,000 in private donations.
The shelter helps children who are stuck in custody battles or who need a place to stay for a few days if a family member is in legal trouble.
