BIXBY, Oklahoma -- Another Green Country school reverses its position on House Bill 3393.
Bixby voted in October to ignore that law, which requires public districts to pay private school tuition for special needs students, but Friday voted to change its stance.

Owasso reversed its position Thursday and began processing two applications.
