TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police and Fire had to clean up two wrecks on a Broken Arrow Expressway exit ramp at I-44 early Tuesday.

At about 4:30 a.m., an overturned semi tractor trailer carrying chicken litter overturned, closing the westbound I-44 exit ramp off the westbound Broken Arrow Expressway.

Tulsa Police and Fire were dispatched as well as several wreckers to clean up the crash scene.

The driver of the semi did suffer some minor injuries in the crash.

Police say a second wreck at the same exit ramp then caused a massive backup for westbound traffic on the Broken Arrow Expressway.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation reopened the exit ramp just before 9 a.m.
