TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa family is expected to talk about a brutal murder Tuesday.

Robert and Wanda Phillips came home from Christmas shopping 18 years ago, and found their two sons, David and Bobby Phillips, brutally murdered. Their killer has never been brought to justice. Now the family wants the case re-opened.
