TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Community College's Education Outreach Center in east Tulsa has seen a surge of referrals from Workforce Oklahoma in the last two weeks.

Hiriart expects to see 20 former HSBC employees and other laid-off workers a week referred to the Education Outreach Center.

He says many of the former HSBC employees are looking at healthcare jobs which are available at TCC's other campuses.

The center, located at 21st and Garnett is the starting point for these type of students.
