TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Jenks 27-year-old woman with developmental disabilities has been missing since Thursday afternoon.
Volunteers of America of Oklahoma, who provides residential care for her, said Katie is described as being 4'11" tall and weighs about 144 pounds. She has brown eyes and long blonde hair, but officials believe she may have cut it.
Katie has a syndrome that causes insatiable hungers, so officials said she may be seen around restaurants or grocery stores. Because of her syndrome, Katie may go to extreme lengths to obtain food, including fabricating stories and offering favors.
Officials think Katie may be headed to Bartlesville, where she once lived with family.
Anyone who has seen Katie or has information on her whereabouts should call the Jenks Police Department at 918-299-6311 or call 918-299-2642.
