TULSA, Oklahoma – Two hundred Tulsa Police officers showed their love and support for a fellow officer who is dying of cancer by standing outside her hospital room Thursday night with flashlights and police lights going.
The outpouring of love for retired officer Jennifer Mansell was overwhelming as officers held up signs of support and prayed for her healing.
Officer Mansell was able to see the vigil from her hospital window. She served on the department for more than 20 years, was a long time member of the honor guard and most recently, worked the downtown area.
