TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 5-month investigation by the Tulsa Police nets a convicted felon who allegedly sold guns to an undercover agent.
The suspect, 32-year-old Benny Taylor, is behind bars at the Tulsa County Jail facing firearm and assault charges.
Police say an undercover agent purchased guns from Taylor starting in June of this year. At one point, police say Taylor told the agent he needed a gun to "take care of a problem".
Taylor was arrested last week after stabbing a man and calling the agent to meet up with him, police say. The stabbing victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Taylor is scheduled to re-appear in court December 3rd.
