TULSA, Oklahoma – Parts of northeastern Oklahoma were under a dense fog advisory Wednesday morning.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone said the morning fog will give way to abundant sunshine Wednesday afternoon.
Some areas of Green County saw temperatures in the low to mid 40's Wednesday morning, but Crone said temperatures will rebound to the upper 70's or lower 80's by Wednesday afternoon.

"A super nice Thursday is likely with highs in the lower 80s but another storm system will be approaching Friday with a chance of storms," he said.
Crone said much of the storm system will remain west of Green Country until Friday evening, with a chance of strong to severe storms by Saturday and Sunday.
